Hi there everyone! This is Lacey from LaceyFitspo with my first recipe! I hope you enjoy your pancakes.

Three Ingredient Oaty Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (porridge oats)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or regular for non vegans)
  • 1 large banana

  1. Chop up the banana and add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and leave to sit for a minute.
  3. The liquid should thicken to a slightly batter-like texture.
  4. Have the pan on a low/medium heat.
  5. Spray the pan with non-stick spray or add butter (depending how healthy you're feeling).
  6. Pour a small portion into the pan, around 10cm should be okay.
  7. When the batter starts to solidify, flip.
  8. If it doesn't seem to be cooking quick enough, placing a lid over the pan. This helps to quicken the process.
  9. When the pancakes are a golden brown color they are finished cooking.
  10. Finally, add your choice of toppings.
