Seams and Sprinkles

A sweet and fashionable life, one post at a time.

Happy Fall, Y'all!

The crisp air has settled in, the leaves are a changing and the clocks have fallen on back...shall we say fall is finally here? I think so and I cannot help but feel that holiday anticipatory joy bubbling up inside. I know some of you hate the jump-right-into-the-next-holiday thing, but I really enjoy getting ready for those very special memory making moments with friends and family. Some of my top things include Crock-Pot hot chocolate, wrapping presents and wearing warm and oh so snuggly clothing!

One staple I have in my closet that is always ready for a spin with layering for varying weather is my handy dandy scarves. I have big, ones, small ones, some as big as your head (fitting song since Lion King will be coming out in the near future, no?)! I think scarves are great because they help with accessorizing, can add that splash of color when needed and can keep you just as warm as you need in various settings. One of my favorite types of scarves are the blanket scarves because they are especially versatile in my mind. You can fold them various ways to style it as a scarf, use it as an actual blanket from plane to picnic and dare I say, use it as a fabulous prop in styling any lovely photo!

So, here is a little fall celebratory outfit styling for your enjoyment and cuddle-spiration! I hope fall gets you in the festive mood and all your favorite people help you create all the best moments for our last little bit of twenty-seventeen.
